I reserve the right to decline any commission that I do not feel comfortable with, for any reason.

Drawing will begin after full payment is received. Transactions will be facilitated thru Ko-fi.

No refunds, unless I cannot complete your commission within the max turnaround time (8 weeks).

Turnaround time is 2 weeks ~ 8 weeks. T.A.T. starts the day payment is received.

At the sketch stage, you are entitled to two free major revisions, after which no more changes can be made. Please be clear about what you want!

Any unfair chargebacks will result in immediate block and your name on a public blacklist to warn others.

I can only work in my own style, please don't ask me to emulate others'.

I reserve all copyrights to my artwork, and may include it in my portfolio or post it on my social medias. However, you reserve the right to remain anonymous or ask that I do not share your commissioned work. That's totally fine, but please make that clear upfront!

You may re-upload your commissioned artwork, but you must credit me as the artist.

You may not trace or edit your commissioned artwork.

A subtle signature/watermark will be present.

It is the commissioner's responsibility to save all artwork as I may not retain the original files for long.

Absolutely no use of my artwork in anything related to cryptomining, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), or feeding to an AI generator.

Commissions from me are by default for personal use only. Commercial use rights can be purchased with an extra fee (+50% total cost of commission).

No rush orders! Please be mindful of the current queue length and general turnaround time of each piece.

Patreon members of the cappuccino and affogato tiers as well as Ko-fi "coffee cake" monthly supporters are entitled to a special discounted rate (after at least one month of support). Repeat customers can also enjoy a smaller discounted rate (discounts don't stack though! if you are both a supporter and a repeat customer just keep using your supporter discount!).

When slots are filled/closed, the waitlist is always open! All you have to do is ask to be added to the waitlist and you will be notified first when slots open again; no further info needed until we're ready to work together. There is also no penalty for asking to be removed from the waitlist! But once payment is received, we must follow thru with the commission.

For waitlisters, I will make sure to let you know as soon as commission slots open again on Ko-fi, but if you don't purchase a slot in time, there's no way I can stop others from buying them up instead, resulting in you having to wait again. It's up to you to grab your slot once you're notified, or you'll just have to wait again for the next round!
